Arch Telecom is hiring for a Mobile Associate role at Merritt Island, FL. You will learn to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while helping customers explore devices, service plans, and accessories in-store.

As part of a fast-paced retail team, you will build product knowledge and demonstrate devices, then guide customers through the purchase journey with patience and empathy. Training leads to promotion to Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned store.
• 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and demonstrations.
• Process purchases and manage transactions.
• Build relationships and resolve customer questions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to team.
• Collaborate with store team and cross-channel partners.
