Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and explanations of plans/devices.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience.
