Arch Telecom is seeking a Wireless Retail Associate to join our team in Boynton Beach, FL. You’ll learn customer service, demonstrate devices, and guide customers through their shopping journey to build loyalty and a best-in-class experience in-store.

This learning role trains you with peers across channels, focusing on uncovering customer needs, providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, and preparing for a promotion to Mobile Expert upon completion of training.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Offer thoughtful questions and informative answers to guide purchasing decisions.
