Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
