Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our in-store Retail Team. You will learn customer service skills, provide best-in-class experiences, and help customers choose devices and plans while building lasting relationships.

You will participate in demonstrations, recommend add-ons, and guide purchases to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualificações

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsabilidades

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to resolve issues and create a seamless experience.
