Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join a Retail Team and bring the brand to life. You will learn customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience, help customers pick up where they left off, and perform in-store demonstrations of the latest technology.

This is a learning role with a path to promotion to Mobile Expert after training. You will engage customers, build relationships, and participate in side-by-side selling, earning uncapped commissions and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey across online, Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions and accessories.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Develop strong peer relationships and hand off small business leads.
