Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing products and services, in-person or online.
• Demonstrate devices and plans to customers to uncover needs.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process with questions and informed answers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
