Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a motivated Mobile Associate in Kissimmee to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail team. You will build expertise in customer care, demonstrate devices and services, and guide customers through purchasing decisions to keep them connected and satisfied.

You will train with a supportive team, gain hands-on experience, and progress toward a Mobile Expert role after completing training. Competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping journey, including in-store demonstrations and hands-on device explorations.
• Provide thoughtful, friendly guidance to identify personalized device and service solutions.
• Help customers understand plans, accessories, and IoT products to enhance connectivity and loyalty.
• Collaborate with store teammates to ensure a seamless, first-class customer experience across channels.
