Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team. You will build brand energy, deliver best-in-class service, and deepen customer relationships while learning the fundamentals of product demonstrations and solutions.

You will work to understand customer needs, demonstrate devices and plans, and help guide purchases in a fast-paced environment with a focus on a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to learn and master the skills required of our customer advocates and to build meaningful connections with our customers.
• Competitive drive and demonstrates the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
