Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking energetic Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and learn our core sales process. You will demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories in-store while building meaningful customer connections.

As a learning role, you will train with the team to develop skills toward a Mobile Expert promotion, with competitive hourly pay, bonus incentives, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years of age.
• Reliable transportation and flexible full-time or part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and demonstrations.
• Provide a best-in-class customer experience and build loyalty.
• Explain plans, devices, and accessories to customers clearly.
• Operate with patience, honesty and empathy during transactions.
• Collaborate with team across channels to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in training to advance toward a Mobile Expert role.
