Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join a fast-paced retail team across our stores. You will learn customer service, demonstrate the latest technology, and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized solutions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, handling inquiries, and handing off leads to opportunities. Candidates should have 6 months of customer service or sales experience, be at least 18, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Engage with customers to find personalized solutions and build loyalty.
• Develop relationships and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
