Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team. This entry learning role focuses on delivering best-in-class customer experiences, hands-on product demos, and building loyalty.

You will train with the team to develop skills toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after completion of training. You will engage customers online, in-store, and via care channels, building relationships and ensuring a seamless experience while promoting devices, plans, and accessories.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of new technology and devices.
• Perform side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond basic plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Help customers understand coverage, plans, and IoT products.
