Job summary

Arch Telecom seeks a Mobile Associate to energize our in-store experience. You will help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, perform hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, and explore solutions beyond devices and service plans to keep customers connected.

You'll learn through training, build relationships across teams, and help identify opportunities from customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise
