Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates to join our retail team, focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty with hands-on demonstrations of the latest devices in-store.

This is a learning role with a pathway to Mobile Expert after training completion, offering ESOP, health benefits for full-time employees, uncapped commissions, and monthly incentive programs to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships across channels to ensure a seamless experience.
