Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our retail team. You will help customers select devices and plans, provide hands-on demonstrations, and guide them through the buying journey.

You will learn the products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment. As a learning role, you will train with the team, build product knowledge, and develop relationships with customers to drive loyalty and future sales.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Assist customers with product demonstrations in-store and guide them through the purchasing journey.
• Engage customers with thoughtful questions and product knowledge to identify needs.
• Collaborate with team members and store leaders to ensure a smooth in-store experience.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic environment and support promotions and seasonal campaigns.
