Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Mobile Associate to join our national Wireless Preferred Retailer team in Bedford, NH. You will learn and deliver best-in-class customer experiences, assist customers with device and plan choices, and work with your team to meet sales goals while preparing for a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion.

You’ll engage customers with product demonstrations, explain coverage, and leverage digital tools to onboard shoppers, building lasting relationships

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers in-store and complete shopping journeys with upbeat service.
• Demonstrate products and perform side-by-side selling to tailor solutions.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with questions, answers and expertise.
• Utilize digital tools to onboard customers and explain coverage, plans and devices.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers to resolve issues and drive loyalty.
• Complete training with the aim of promotion to Mobile Expert after program completion.
