Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking energetic Retail Associates to join our nationwide team in New York. You will learn product knowledge, assist customers, and provide a best-in-class shopping experience while building lasting relationships.

In this learning role, you’ll receive hands-on training, perform demonstrations of the latest wireless technology, and grow toward a Mobile Expert role. A friendly, fast-paced environment and clear advancement paths await.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and expertise.
• Explain our coverage and plans to help customers stay connected and go further.
• Build relationships with colleagues across channels to resolve issues and own the customer experience.
