Arch Telecom is seeking energetic Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retailer team in New York. You will help customers in-store, demonstrate devices, and guide them through their purchasing experience while learning to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and demonstrations.
• Help customers pick up where they left off online or by phone.
• Sell devices, accessories, and services to meet customer needs.
• Provide thoughtful questions and expert answers during purchasing.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
