Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retailer team. Learn customer service, demonstrate devices, and help customers build their shopping experience in-store with energy and brand passion.

You will work with peers to identify customer needs, perform hands-on demos of the latest technology, and guide purchases while delivering a best-in-class experience. Prior retail or service experience is a plus; a strong desire to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and build meaningful connections with customers.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, by phone, or in-store.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond the basics.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and product knowledge.
