Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales metrics, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and develop staff, manage daily operations, and align merchandising with strategic targets, while upholding Victra standards.

You’ll build a strong team, coach performance, and own store results, balancing guest needs with efficiency and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
