Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive customer experiences that showcase our brand and wireless solutions.

You’ll set daily and weekly goals, monitor performance, and handle store operations in the GM's absence to ensure exceptional customer service. This role offers training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Take direction from the store leader on day-to-day operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify selling skill gaps and build development plans to meet quotas.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, inventory, and merchandising compliance.
• Complete store opening and closing activities.
