Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach and develop sales specialists, manage daily operations, and partner with the General Manager on merchandising standards and store initiatives. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position offers competitive hourly pay with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Formación

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
