Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales targets and store metrics.

You will coach sales specialists, manage daily operations, merchandise the floor, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects Verizon values. You’ll report to the store leader and support the team during peak periods and holidays.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment encouraged.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Taking direction from store leader on day-to-day operations.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Providing your team with training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identifying selling skill gaps and building development plans to hit sales targets.
• Managing store operations including staffing, reporting, cash handling, and compliance.
• Monitoring inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Leading merchandising and planogram compliance per company standards.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
• Contributing to attainment of store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
