Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to demonstrate product features and answer questions confidently.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and products.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and accessories.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
