Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with transcript required.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• Approximately 2–5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Experience with cellular/wireless technologies and related standards a plus.
• Based in the United States to support client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications involving wireless technologies and related fields.
• Coordinate foreign patent prosecution and work with international counsel.
• Prepare responses to Office Actions and manage deadlines on active dockets.
• Collaborate with inventors and in-house counsel to develop patent protection.
• Advise on portfolio strategy and client counseling.
