Qualificações

• 2–5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Registered to practice or eligible for USPTO registration.
• Strong patent drafting and technical writing skills.
• Based in the United States and capable of handling client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications involving wireless and cellular technologies.
• Coordinate foreign patent prosecution with international counsel.
• Prepare responses to Office Actions and manage deadlines in an active docket.
• Collaborate with inventors to understand technologies and develop patent claims.
• Work with partners on patent strategy and portfolio development.
• Conduct prior art searches and analyze relevance for prosecution.
• Translate complex disclosures into effective prosecution strategies.
• Manage matters with independence while upholding high standards.
