Qualifications

• USPTO registration or active pursuit of registration.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications involving wireless and related technologies.
• Coordinate foreign patent prosecution and work with international counsel.
• Prepare responses to Office Actions and manage deadlines in active docket.
• Collaborate with inventors and technical staff to understand new technologies.
• Develop patent protection strategies with partners and other practitioners.
• Conduct prior art searches and analyze prior art for prosecution and portfolio development.
• Translate complex disclosures into effective patent claims and prosecution strategies.
