Job summary

BearCom is seeking a senior field operations leader in the San Francisco Bay Area to guide project delivery and field services for wireless communications systems. You will coordinate with technicians, customers, and major manufacturers to ensure timely completion and high quality installations.

This role includes hands-on technical support, RF equipment troubleshooting, and coordinating schedules, quotes, and FATPs while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in technical management in the wireless industry or similar.
• Experience developing, qualifying, and directing new business opportunities through customer interface.
• Knowledge of vendor resources and complex project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and service assignments.
• Act as liaison between BearCom technicians and Motorola or end customer.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and schedules for installation and repair tasks.
• Assist with organizing and scheduling upcoming field work.
• Provide hands-on and field technical support and diagnose wireless equipment problems.
