Premium Retail Services, a part of Acosta Group, is seeking a District Manager to drive sales across 10-15 locations. You will recruit, coach, and lead Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, shaping district performance with hands-on field leadership and strategic hiring.

You will travel extensively, build a strong talent pipeline, and translate data into actionable tactics across the district. A customer-first mindset and ethical leadership are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Required: 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% of the time across the district.
• Strongly preferred: wireless/telecom retail sales background.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Visibly lead by visiting your stores, coach in the moment and grow your team.
• Develop people through coaching, training and mentorship to become skilled sellers.
• Own recruiting and onboarding to maintain bench strength in your district.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers to anticipate staffing needs.
