Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a district leader to drive wireless sales across 10-15 stores. You’ll hire, coach, and develop a team, visiting locations to coach in the moment and ensure strong execution across the district.

You’ll own staffing, mentor teams, analyze performance data, and partner with store managers to keep the district well-staffed and highly productive. This is a leadership role with significant scope and impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership required.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the district.
• Strongly preferred: wireless/telecom retail sales background.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships with store leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence in the field, visiting stores and coaching your team in the moment.
• Develop your people; coach, train, and mentor them into skilled sellers who know the products.
• Own recruiting and hiring; build a healthy talent pipeline for what's next.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers to plan staffing and onboarding.
• Turn data into action; read numbers with your team to identify opportunities and sharpen execution across the district.
• Keep operations running smoothly: scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build trusted relationships with store managers and share market insights with senior leadership.
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone and lead by example.
