Premium Retail Services, part of the Acosta Group, is seeking a district leader to drive wireless sales across 10–15 locations in the United States. You will recruit, coach, and coach a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, shaping district performance with hands-on leadership and data-driven decisions.

This role offers ownership over staffing, coaching, and sales execution, with growth paths toward Regional Manager roles across 1,300+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership experience required.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% across the district, including some evenings and weekends.
• Strongly preferred: a proven wireless/telecom retail sales background.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence in the field, regularly visiting stores, coaching the team in the moment.
• Develop your people; coach, train, and mentor them into skilled sellers who know the products and connect with customers.
• Own recruiting and hiring, build a healthy talent pipeline with bench strength for what's next.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers to stay ahead of staffing needs and onboarding.
• Turn data into action; read numbers with your team to uncover opportunities and sharpen execution.
• Maintain operations: scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers and bring market insights to senior leadership.
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone and work side-by-side with your team.
