Job summary

Premium Retail Services, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a district leader to drive wireless sales across 10–15 store locations. You will hire, coach, and grow a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads who convert traffic into real results.

You will own staff scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding, analyze district performance, and report insights to senior leadership. This is a high-impact leadership role with broad scope and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading multiple stores or a district.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the district.
• Wireless/telecom retail sales background preferred.
• Clear communication and relationship-building with store leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible field leader visiting stores, coaching the team in the moment.
• Develop people—coach, train, and mentor sellers to know products and connect with customers.
• Own recruiting and hiring; build a talent pipeline for future needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing and onboarding.
• Turn data into action by analyzing district performance and driving execution.
• Ensure smooth operations: scheduling, inventory, cash controls, merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers and relay market insights to leadership.
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone and model ethical leadership.
