Premium Retail Services, part of Acosta Group, leads wireless solutions across 1,300+ locations. The role oversees leadership of 10–15 stores, coaching teams, and owning talent pipelines. You’ll travel frequently to drive results and shape district performance.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach wireless pros and leads, ensuring staff is fully staffed and skilled in product knowledge. The position emphasizes ethical leadership, data-driven decisions, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the district.
• Strong wireless/telecom retail sales background preferred.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence in the field, visiting stores to coach the team.
• Develop and mentor team members into skilled sellers who know products.
• Own recruiting, hiring, and build a talent pipeline for the district.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing needs.
• Turn data into action by reading numbers and driving execution across the district.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers and share insights with leadership.
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone and lead by example.
