Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a District Wireless Sales Leader to drive performance across 10–15 stores in the United States. You will hire, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, owning staffing, coaching, and execution across the district.

This leadership role offers ownership of outcomes with a base salary plus a monthly performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-location leadership (district-level) experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the district, including evenings/weekends.
• Strong wireless/telecom retail sales background preferred.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible field leader, regularly visiting stores to coach the team.
• Develop people into skilled sellers who know products and connect with customers.
• Own staffing: recruiting, hiring, and building bench strength for future needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing and onboarding.
