Job summary

Premium Retail Services, part of Acosta Group, leads a wireless sales program across 1,300+ locations in North America. This leadership role manages a 10-15 store district, hiring, coaching, and growing a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads who drive sales and customer education.

You will own staffing, coaching, and strategic execution, visiting stores regularly, and collaborating with senior leadership. Growth pathways to regional management are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% across the district, including some evenings/weekends.
• Wireless/telecom retail sales background preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with store leaders and field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible field leader; visit stores, spot what works, coach in the moment.
• Develop people; coach, train, mentor sellers who know products and connect with customers.
• Own recruiting and hiring; build a bench for future needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing and onboarding.
• Analyze district data to identify opportunities and drive execution.
• Ensure smooth operations: scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers; share market insights with leadership.
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone and act with integrity.
