Premium Retail Services is seeking a district leader to drive wireless sales across 10-15 stores. You will hire, coach, and grow a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, with hands-on time on the floor to shape district performance.

You’ll own recruiting, coach your team, read data to spot opportunities, and partner with store managers and leadership to deliver results across your district while traveling up to 85% of the time.

Competenze

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% of the time across the district.
• Strongly preferred: wireless / telecom retail sales background.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Mansioni

• Be a visible presence in the field, regularly visiting stores and coaching the team.
• Develop your people; train and mentor them into skilled sellers who know the products.
• Keep your stores fully staffed and ready to grow, owning recruiting and onboarding.
• Team up with Talent Acquisition and store managers to anticipate staffing needs and reduce vacancies.
• Turn data into action by reading numbers with your team to uncover opportunities.
• Maintain operational basics: scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and merchandising.
• Build trusted relationships with store managers and bring market insights to senior leadership.
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone and work side-by-side with your team.
