T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, building product knowledge and demonstrating technology solutions throughout the shopping journey.

Your role focuses on delivering personalized technology and service solutions, guiding customers with network coverage and service plans, and collaborating with cross-channel teams to ensure a seamless experience. Training will enhance retail processes and wireless tech knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
