Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. This entry role focuses on learning and building skills to promote devices and services while developing relationships with customers and peers.

You'll train on in-store experience, systems, and resources, with a path to promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion, in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and assist customers in finding personalized solutions.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to connect customers with devices, services, accessories and IoT products.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and expertise.
