Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Bank operations experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to develop/run queries, create reports and presentations and provide analysis.
• Accurate data entry and well organized.
• Strong team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Input and balance wire transfers accurately and timely.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing wires are checked against OFAC SDN list.
• Perform daily balancing of incoming and outgoing wire transfers, including proper processing and posting.
• Review and forward large item return notifications to branches.
• Support the branch with daily operations.
• Assist the Operations Administration Supervisor and other department staff in daily operations, as assigned.
• Provide and maintain operations security and computer controls.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documents and processes.
• Complete and understand training classes as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and other compliance requirements, as applicable to job function.
• Keep informed of daily procedures, internal policies, practices, regulations, and laws as applicable to this function.

Wire Specialist is responsible for handling daily incoming and outgoing wires transfers, while maintaining system integrity, compliance requirements, and customer satisfaction.
