Randstad USA is seeking a Wire Operations Specialist for a temporary role with remote flexibility and on-site training for candidates in the Greater Los Angeles area. The position involves processing same-day USD and foreign currency wires, authenticating requests, repairing USD payments, and monitoring risk queues to ensure regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, at least 6 months of wire processing experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Verify Incoming, Outgoing USD/FX wires.
• Repair Incoming USD payments.
• Review Risk queue for overdraft and status codes.
• Escalate any suspicious wires to supervisors for review.
• Meet minimum production standards for the function.
• Complies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, CRA, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct).
• Complete all the training required.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Are you a detail-oriented banking professional looking for a dynamic wire operations opportunity? We are seeking a Wire Operations Specialist to join a leading financial team. This temporary role offers remote flexibility, with initial onsite training required for candidates local to the Greater Los Angeles area.

In this position, you will manage daily operations by accurately processing same-day domestic and international USD and foreign currency wire transfers to consistently meet key financial deadlines. You will authenticate wire requests, verify transfer specifics, repair incoming USD payments, and monitor risk queues to ensure strict adherence to operational policies and regulatory standards.

salary: $30 - $34.27 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors
