Job summary

Flex is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support WIP control, inventory management, and production order tracking in server repair operations. You will monitor material movement, aging inventory, and ensure accurate, timely execution of production orders while maintaining transaction integrity across BAAN ERP and MES systems.

• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control, production control, or materials management.

Responsibilities

• Support WIP control, monitor material movement and aging inventory.
• Track production status and ensure orders progress as planned.
• Manage inventory reconciliation, cycle counts and transaction audits.
• Execute transactions in BAAN ERP, Flex Flow, MES systems and ensure data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports for WIP, aging, backlog and throughput.
