Job summary

Allways Precision is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to maintain accurate stock records and support efficient warehouse and production operations. You will oversee receipts, issue materials to work orders, and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.

Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service to ensure material availability and continuous improvement of inventory processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or inventory management certification preferred.
• 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inventory shipments from vendors.
• Verify quantities received against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Enter inventory receipts into the ERP system.
• Print and distribute receiving documentation as required.
• Pull inventory parts for machine builds using engineering-approved work tickets.
• Issue inventory materials to work orders and maintain accurate inventory transactions.
• Run inventory shortage reports and communicate shortages to Purchasing.
• Stage materials and work orders for production teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining minimum stock quantities.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and storage areas.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service to ensure material availability.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support ERP system improvements and inventory process enhancements.
