Job summary

BETA Technologies is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to optimize inventory control processes across our Vermont locations. You will ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy, support FAA certification, and uphold SOX controls while collaborating with Inventory Lead and Audit teams.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, triage activities, system optimization, and training material creation. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in inventory management, warehouse ops, or analytics.
• ERP and/or WMS experience required.
• Experience training and mentoring on system navigation and inventory procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with data-heavy work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to handle setbacks and find solutions.
• Ability to perform material handling and warehouse tasks.
• All-around good person and fun to work with.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate daily workload and metrics for resource planning.
• Report weekly KPI data and support audit requirements.
• Execute daily and weekly location triage to maintain inventory integrity.
• Support FAA Type/Production Certification with inventory control plans.
• Support SOX controls for accurate quarterly/annual reporting.
• Conduct root cause analyses on inventory discrepancies.
• Maximize Plex ERP and Cella WMS capabilities, plus maintenance.
• Support inventory movements and resolve Jira tickets with documentation.
• Perform material handling, cycle counting, and picking tasks.
• Assist onboarding and cross-training with training materials.
