Job summary

Career Team is seeking a WIOA Program Lead to coordinate programs and manage services, reporting to the Program Director. The role is 100% onsite at the Memphis, TN location and focuses on policy implementation, program performance, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of supervisory experience, with strong project management and data analysis skills. Compensation includes standard benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years of management experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis skills.
• Experience in workforce development programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate assigned programs and manage services within those programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Lead project staff and ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.
