Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS) is seeking a Youth Coordinator to manage Workforce Investment Act/WIOA program requirements, ensuring service quality and goal achievement. You will oversee training, policy communication, and staff support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, five years with WIOA and three years supervisory experience, plus strong data analysis and reporting skills. Office location is Waterloo, IA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business, Education or Human Resource field or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of experience working with the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) and at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Skills/Abilities: Project management, organizational, problem solving, data analysis, strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage the applicable program to meet/exceed defined goals and maintain SME knowledge of laws, regs and guidance.
• Communicate new/modified policies to staff and provide technical assistance to improve performance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure operating standards are maintained and improvements recommended.
