Job summary

Career Team is hiring a WIOA Program Lead to coordinate assigned programs, implement policies, and supervise service delivery in line with contract requirements. This role is 100% onsite at the Memphis location and reports to the Program Director.

You will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliant performance across the program year. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years of management experience, with strong data analysis, staff leadership, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate program activities to ensure policy compliance and contract adherence.
• Lead project staff to meet performance goals and complete thorough case file reviews.
• Use Tennessee VOS to analyze performance and drive improvements.
• Identify partnerships and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Provide strong customer service and resolve complaints within defined thresholds.
