Job summary

Career Team LLC is seeking a Project Director to manage staff and oversee administration, programs, and strategic planning. The role ensures program performance and compliance for WIOA Title 1, Adult and Dislocated Worker, plus related grants.

On-site work is required at the listed location. The ideal candidate will bring extensive operations experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in workforce development, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in operations or project management with 3+ years in workforce/WIOA experience.
• Strong budgeting, revenue management, and contract compliance knowledge.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, and managing staff with a focus on development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program administration, staff supervision, and progress toward strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with WIOA Title 1, Adult and Dislocated Worker requirements and related grants.
• Lead policy development, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, monitoring expenditures and fund utilization.
• Coordinate with local Workforce Board and partners to meet local area needs.
• Develop staff, implement service delivery plans, and monitor performance metrics.
