Job summary

Career Team is seeking a WIOA Program Lead to coordinate programs, ensure policy compliance, and optimize service delivery onsite in Memphis, TN. The role reports to the Program Director and involves supervising staff, analyzing performance, and maintaining partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience.
• Preferred knowledge of workforce development program operations and development.
• Strong business knowledge of customer service best practices and performance management; experience in training and coaching/mentoring.
• Requires top-level project management, organizational, personnel, problem-solving, and data analysis skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills.
• Need strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; commitment to accountability in a quality environment.
• Experience and knowledge of workforce development contracts/programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project staff to meet performance goals and ensure thorough reviews of case files and eligible costs.
• Use Tennessee VOS system to analyze and support performance activities.
• Address deficiencies and maintain partner relationships.
• Collaborate with community partnerships and manage customer complaints with high service standards.
• Oversee staff training needs, recruit and evaluate personnel, and provide mentoring and coaching.
• Model extreme customer service in all interactions and maintain a proactive, solution-focused approach.
