Job summary

Maryland Department of Labor is seeking an ETPL Manager to implement and manage Maryland’s Eligible Training Provider List under WIOA. You will collect, analyze, and report program performance data from training providers serving Maryland residents.

The role requires coordinating with MHEC, ensuring provider eligibility, and maintaining ETPL compliance. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of WIOA are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and database reporting.
• Experience collecting data, compiling statistics, and preparing analytical reports.
• Knowledge of WIOA, ETPL functions, and related federal responsibilities.
• Experience working with training providers and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage statewide list of Occupational Training Providers ensuring legality to operate in Maryland.
• Coordinate approvals with Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC).
• Maintain compliance with WIOA requirements and ETPL functions.
• Serve as liaison among training providers and the Department of Labor; support provider inclusion.
