Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participant needs and develop individualized employment plans.
• Develop and expand employment pipelines by cultivating partnerships with employers that prioritize inclusive hiring.
• Maintain accurate participant records and enter attendance and employment results into E&E and WORKS for cross-system data integrity.
• Build relationships with internal teams, community partners, and program participants through clear communication and high-impact customer service.
